Re: ISE ... anyone ?
So would anyone else like the ISE to a least have the option to appear as a ‘regular’ synth ... that is, sound source > filter>envelope with some modulation inputs to each? Maybe an effect module on output ... all bundled in a single synth control panel? I do hear you pain (really!) but that's not ...

Next instalment of the TD2 project.
Can this little modular system do polyphony? Yes it can.

Before I break it down - a little gear porn/patch shot of the setup. Which if nothing else demonstrates why anyone who advises photographing a modular synth patch as a way of saving the settings has absolutely no idea what they are talking about  https://www.dropbox.com/s/w85hi1jsc5qnor0/IMG_14...

Inauguration (Non measurement)
The first in what I plan will be an occasional series, concerning a very compact, self-contained modular synth system and Wotja. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ksV5OSIlx0 Background. I've spent a lot of time recently thinking about how to put together a very compact flexible modular synth system t...

There's an example in the Scripting sub forum that probably will get you going.

Re: Voice with no "randomness" at all.
How to configure the Hyperinstument for this purpose? Suppose, when Noatikl receives C1 MIDI note from a particular track of my DAW it switches to "C Major" tonality, and when it receives A1 MIDI note it switches to "A minor" tonality. Could you please help me with this example? I wish I could! I d...

Re: Voice with no "randomness" at all.
Hi! Is it possible to have a Voice with no randomness at all? Let's say I want this Voice to be a rhythm guitar or foundation pads with certain chords. And I want to define each note in each chord by myself for this Voice. Well, its kind of possible with some important limitations but its not really...
Re: A=432
For a composition involving mixed audio sources, Tim is right. The only workable option is to make a master recording and shift it down slightly. If your recording just uses synth based instrumentation then you can tune your oscillators to any reference frequency you like. Obviously, if your synth v...

Bismark bs-16i (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bismark ... 49926?mt=8) is an excellent iOS soundfont host which plays very nicely with Intermorphic apps.

Re: Soundfonts
Hi 1. Whether there are any program limitations for soundfonts Not really. As long as the sounfont is authored correctly to sf2 standard specs it will play fine. Stereo samples etc are fully supported. Some aspects of the sf2 spec are not implemented fully by the wavetable player in the PSE. There i...

Re: MIDI sync on iOS ?
Hi,
iOS Noatikl will only provide a master clock so other things can sync to it. There isn't a way to make it slave to an external clock source.

Re: Program Change Issue with Noatikl
Clear the "Send midi bank/patch?" check box (its just before the midi channel selector in the basic view).
Also, its probably wise to clear the "Send all CC events" checkbox in Noatikl's preferences to reduce the risk of unwanted changes to channel levels and pan positions on the external synth.

Re: Mix levels
You can just put an amplifier unit in the FX slot for each voice and adjust levels on a per voice basis that way.

Re: Temp changes result in missing Note Off data?
Hi, I'm not familiar with Cubase (or Windows) so I can't give a definitive answer but I think its likely your problem is related to a synchronisation conflict between Cubase and Noatikl. You can check this by installing midi monitoring software (maybe http://www.midiox.com ?) and monitoring Noatikl'...

Re: another beginner question
Welcome! I have NI Komplete Kontrol, and I use Logic X. Can I route the MIDI relatively simply from Noatikl to other software instruments? Yes. It's fairly simple to do using the IAC midi port which is part of Mac OS Core Midi. Details of how to get started are here https://intermorphic.com/noatikl/...
