Currently spending a lot of time exploring the depths the Nord Drum 2 has to offer. Lots is the short answer.

As it turns out, although I got it with the intention of using voltage control via the trigger inputs it actually works much better via midi due to the drum models being velocity sensitive in key areas. Meaning, for me, its a close to perfect partner for Noatikl, especially on iOS.

So this is a little, work in progress study of how its hanging together, as of today at least.

All the percussive voices are Nord Drum via Noatiikl. The rest is an assortment of analogue synths - mainly Eurorack modular but the rather rare BC 9 is also in the mix, coming in through the filter on a Minibrute. Mostly they are doing their own thing although there is some minor melodic intervention on my part. The recording is a live feed from my desk and completely unedited.
