Fixed: Problems downloading zip files; partial downloads

Hi All
We are not quite sure what is causing the above issue as it seems to be a new one, but it does seem to be related to the browser used (and particularly Chrome and Explorer).
A week or so back we created a FAQ entry on this, with a solution, and we show the link to that at the top of all the download tables.
