Our suspicion (which may or may not be correct) is that it was because we escalated it and blogged about it that we finally got Yahoo Web Hosting to make it a priority to fix. Nervertheless, our course of public action should not have been necessary - however you look at it, 19/20 days of forum outage from a Web Hosting company is unacceptable in anybody's book.
Now it is back, we will be wanting to having discussions with Yahoo about what happened.
