Hi, I'm on iPhone 4, latest OS, when I upgraded to the new version the mixer screen only shows the left half ,the right half is black. Other screens display fine.

Wow - that is something I've never heard of!
Are you starting in portrait or landscape mode?
As that is such a strange thing to have happen, I'd suggest you turn the iPhone off and try again, and hopefully all will be OK.
