Resolved: Eula not clear on resale of my mixes?

Do I own any mix I create with the sounds that came with Mixtikl or also purchase, such as dronepak?
The EULA seems to only speak to the use of the Mixtikl software, not what songs I make with it.
I understand I need to own each loop, sample etc that I use in my music. That's clear. But is a mix I make using also some of the pre packaged loops, and or additional tiklpaks, mine %100 royalty free like Sound Trends Studio HD for example?

Hi Daisrael

Thanks for the post and question.

We try to be as clear as possible wrt rights to the mixes you create. We have a FAQ answer here (http://www.intermorphic.com/company/licensing.html) that I hope helps. If anything is still not clear, let us know!

Thank you. I couldn't seem to find that bit of information. What you directed me to answers my question and confirms what I had hoped to be the case. I have to have this info for my label, or they won't consider anything I send in. now of only they would buy this broke artist more paks.

Thank you! I look forward to more ambient paks in the future.
