iCloud can't move zip files into folder

Hi,

I'm using Wotja pro 2017

I can't seem to move zip files into the Wotja iCloud folder. The Wotja folder appears in icloud drive on my ipad but on my desktop icloud and in a browser the folder does not appear. I can't move the zip files into the folder using icloud drive on ipad, when you select to move the files it doesn't allow you to select the Wotja folder. Apple help files say that you can only move files into icloud folders if that app can open the type of file being moved, but presume that isn't the issue if you are supposed to do this.

Please let me know how to resolve this. I really want to use samples with Wotja and can't until I figure this out, thanks
It would be great if you could enable Itunes document support for this so I could use iFunbox as an alternative as it's much easier when working with lots of samples.

Hi!

If you are not seeing the Wotja iCloud folder on Mac then the first thing to do, if you have not done so already, is to install Wotja for mac (the free or Pro 17 version). See also the FAQ entry on this: https://intermorphic.com/help/#faq-icloud

To copy a zip file already in an iCloud folder on iOS to the Wotja iCloud folder, requires you to follow a certain process. See this FAQ entry: https://intermorphic.com/help/#faq-file-management

That said, zip file support in Wotja is primarily for SF2 and Paks (see https://intermorphic.com/pak/guide) and Wotja does not presently provide support for AudioCopy. See also the reference to WAV zips in the above link, too.

Thanks Tim,

I've got it working on iOS for now.
I managed to do it with 'open in', before I was trying to do it by copying the files in the iCloud Drive app itself, which didn't let me.

I'm on a pc. Not sure why the folder doesn't show up in my iCloud on my pc but will try and figure that out.
